Some buddy loves me

James and I are coming up on our eight wedding anniversary, which I know for some of you doesn't seem like a lot but James and I both are home with each other 24 hours a day. There is no break. i do love having him here to help me out but we are still together all the time. Anyway he has bought me a lap top from Dell my favorite and I'm so excited for it to come. Our date isn't really here until the 2nd of April but I don't think that I could wait till then. I love to digi scrap book so now I will be able to do all over the house. the kids can have my old computer since I fight for time on it now and James has his own that none of us are allowed to touch it.(something about it being the company computer blah blah blah), so maybe I'll make some rules on mine too. I'll let you all know when it finally gets here!!!!

An other week bites the dust...........

It's hard to believe that we are at the end of a very long week. I had my full daycare on monday which was pretty good, the kids all play together great. on Tuseday I was closed as we had to pack up and ship out all of our kids to friends and family. Janelle had to have tubes put in her ears. It was a fifteen min procedure and a day waiting at the hosiptal. Well worth all the worrying because she needed them bad. The children's or is really nice here to, everyone helped us out a ton. You can even pick the anesthetic flavor. One little girl there for her second time with tubes picked root beer. Every thing went great, but James and I we're super drain by the end of the day. Tuesday night I went scrap booking with some girls from church. Wednesday I only had half of my daycare and I had a baby shower that night. Thursday was day off and everyone loves to have one of those, however having eight kids in and out of the house I fall behind on the cleaning. So I cleaned and talked to Angela on the phone. I move the piano and made a little play room upstairs as well. Then Thursday night is grey's anatomy and that takes all my time. I love my t.v. night!! Friday is here and I have a list of things I need to do but catching up on everyones blog has taken all my spare time as I have a full daycare again today. I love watching kids and coming up with crafts so I feel that I can't complain about the lack of cleaning and organization in my house. James has promised to work on the basement this weekend. Well Saturday because the only way to finish off a week like this is to have party night which I love. I'm also staring a diet next week so i need one more care free weekend right? Well I'll try to watch myself.

My Easter Dresses

Here are my dresses for the girls from Lands End. They are so cute and Alina has told me that they are twirl worthy. So I did good, Its nice to know that as a mother you do something right. I am so grateful to Amy for lending me her mail box. It pays to have such good friends, even James was super happy with how well the dresses look.

Gregory

On wednesday night was Greg's spring concert at school, So being good parents we made a night of it, However at the concert Greg was a class clown. His music teacher was getting ready to sing and there was my son copy catting her in front of the whole school. If you look Greg he is in the second row from the top right in the middle, talking to everyone around him. Or with his back facing us. All my beloved James said was looks loike he has a lot of me in him!!!!! What is that all about I don't know.

Some times you have to try something new

About two weeks ago I went to a scrapbooking night at a friends house and she brought out her spring catalogs from LandsEnd and PotteryBarn Kids so i thought no harm in looking, well I came home and ordered four dresses and a skirt for my girls, It was so much fun. My girlfriend has a u.s. mail box so I had it all shipped there, and now I don't have to pay the duty. Two of the dresses are smocked on the top with peter pan collars. Soooo cute I can't wait to get them and get them on the girls. Im afraid to say that Canada or Winnipeg does not the greatest collection of dresses. James doesn't want it to become a habit so I need to find a way to win his heart over, maybe when he see the clothes on the girls his mind will change! Heres to hope.

Kids Say the darnest things.......

Well most of you know that my day care is up and running, the other day one of the little girls said something to me which made me step back and realize how important religion is. She comes from a non church going family and came into the boys room and said..... Tricia i know who this picture is of. I looked at her and said who and she said its Jesus isn't it and he loves that little Lamb. I looked into her eyes and said he loves you too. and she smiled and went on playing.

Last night during family home evening we were talking about the sacrament and James asked what the deacons do once they get the bread or water, Alina was jumping up and down and said they give it to the hungry people. We just had to laugh a little!
