The land of the Montana

For the long weekend in August we headed to Montana to visit Uncle Ian and Aunt Carol. Their house is a little patch of heaven. I would wake up early just to sit on the deck and smell the air and watch the humming birds. It was such a peaceful trip. Ian and carol had all sorts of fun planned for the kids we went panning for sapphires, played with remote boats on the pond, made and ate a entire batch of raw cookie dough well one tray was cooked, went to a old ranch house for a wonderful steak dinner, watched G-force through the fanciest 3-d glasses ever, played with the ducks chickens horses and bunnies, walked with rods over buried animals to watch the rods cross, went to the park, and church. Relaxed at night exploring around their house. Thanks for such a wonderful treat. My kids all had a blast and are excited to go stay there again next year.........I don't know if they knew this was going to yearly the kids are planning what we will the next time. I love both of them so it great to see them interact with the kids.

  4. You take two wire clothe hangers unfold them so they are straight then you hold them straight one in each hand but not tight. Then you walk over a grave (we walked over where they had buried their dog and chicken) and the rods cross over each other by themselves. The kids thought that it was a blast kind of spooky to me but my aunt said that if you walk over a grave yard the rods will just keep crossing over each other and uncrossing.
